Work of SCPO praised in the Scottish Parliament

The work of SCPO has been praised by MSPs after its first meeting of the new session was held in the Scottish Parliament last month.

The SCPO meeting in September also invited MSPs to drop in, and Jeremy Balfour MSP, Margaret Mitchell MSP, Murdo Fraser MSP and John Mason MSP were visiting guests. Following the meeting, host Jeremy Balfour MSP lodged a parliamentary motion congratulating the work of SCPO in bringing churches and political representatives together since the office’s inception in 1999.

The motion can be viewed online here
