Rt Rev Dr Derek Browning, Moderator of the Church of Scotland, visited the Scottish Parliament last week for his annual visit.
He delivered Time for Reflection and met with Scottish Labour leader Richard Leonard, Ruth Davidson, leader of the Scottish Conservatives and Willie Rennie, leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats. Meetings with the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and co-convenor of the Scottish Green Party, Patrick Harvie, had to be cancelled due to the severe weather warning caused by the snow, and will be rescheduled.
Items for discussion included loneliness and isolation, child poverty and the Give Me Five campaign, and homelessness.
